👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family, Kids & Solo Traveler Friendly

Our stargazing events are:

• Family-friendly: Enjoy an educational and magical night under the stars with your loved ones.

• Kids-friendly: Children aged 5 and above are welcome. Activities are designed to engage young minds (parental supervision is mandatory).

• Solo traveller safe: We create a warm, community vibe. Come solo, leave with celestial memories and new friends!

🚫 Alcohol & Substance Policy

To maintain a safe, respectful, and family-oriented atmosphere:

• Alcohol, smoking, and any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited.

• Anyone found violating this policy will be asked to leave the event premises without refund.

🔄 Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here's our flexible cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all attendees:

1. Cancellations by Participants:

• 7 days or more before the event: Full refund (100%) will be issued.

• 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund of the booking amount.

• Less than 3 days before the event or no-show: No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellations by Dustlit (Organizers):

• If we are required to cancel the event before the scheduled date due to reasons such as bad weather, insufficient participant registrations, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify all registered participants as early as possible.

  In such cases, you will be offered:

  • A 100% refund of the booking amount, OR

  • The option to reschedule to a future date of your choice (subject to availability)

  We do not offer refunds for partial cancellations or interruptions once the event has started.

3. Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
